I can do tilt shift in Photoshop…never tried it with video.

very very cool what is the technology to do this? i wonder is it Combustion where the composite things into a scene..that would be a lot of compositing…hmm but then the shawdows would not be the same…so how is this done?

i think this is achieved by using a high vantage point and increasing the range of what appears sharp or in focus. it’s a strange effect, but it’s sort of the opposite of when they use small models of skylines and stuff like that in movies, right? in that case they get really low to create a lot of parallel lines and i assume they find a way to make the edges blurry, to make it look more realistic. that’s what it seems to me… *shrug*

I guess those are photo picture sequences that are first of all edited with Photoshop and then are put together with some video editor.
You can see that every scene is shot from one point of view (photocamera on tripod) – instead of moving camera when shot with video camera (although sometimes also on tripod
