Don’t like repeated trips to the grocery store? Stock up on these 20 ingredients, and you can make 20 delicious dinners.

The Ingredients

1. Tahini

. Canned garbanzo beans

. Fresh ginger root

. Tomato puree

. Celery

. Raw jalapeno peppers

. Spinach

. Onions (white, red, green)

. Bell peppers (green, red, yellow)

. Tofu

. Lentils

. White rice

. Eggs

. Parmesan

. Cheddar cheese

These are the recipes. If you don’t like Tofu, I’m sure you can substitute for several different kinds of fish.
