		<description>A for effort, but bad idea.  I see lots of crashes and hit and runs (which, sickeningly already are on the rise) rates skyrocketing with this.

The invention we need, is one that can detect people talking on their cells and texting while driving.  There should be a spring loaded boxing glove (a la any cartoon) that will then, punch them in the face. end rant</description>
